Relaxation Massage
Flowy and rhythmic with just enough pressure to iron out the kinks, this light to medium pressure massage is focused on relaxation. The session starts with a head, neck & scalp massage and ends with hot towels on the feet. Using Swedish massage, passive stretching, gentle rocking, magnesium lotion on the legs, and a blend of lavender & fir needle aromatherapy, this session is deeply relaxing & grounding for those burning the candles at both ends.​​​

Integrative Massage
Bodywork designed to correct structural holding patterns, increase range of motion in joints & address referred patterns of pain. This approach incorporates many techniques, including neuromuscular (trigger point therapy), sports massage (stretching & compression), cupping (used with herbal liniment) & myofascial release. Recommended for those who seek medium to deep tissue or a more clinical approach to bodywork.

Botanical Massage
Customized herbal compress, liniments and oils are incorporated into this unique experience of bodywork. This treatment aims to alleviate muscular and arthritic pain using warming or soothing herbal oils, ease nervous exhaustion using herbal compress, stimulate lymph movement and address various skin conditions using herbal balms throughout the massage. Because of the lack of studies on the effects of herbs and pregnancy, this service is unavailable for pre and postnatal.

Reflexology/Thai foot Massage
Addressing accu-points on the head and ears, hands and feet, and lengthening connective tissue with Thai massage stretches. This energy based technique is thought to stimulate and calm the organs and glands (western concept of reflexology), and meridian channels (eastern concept of accupressure) of the body. Reflexology coupled with Thai foot massage is invigorating to the muscles, and subtly adjusts the energy bodies.

Aromatherapy
Enhance your massage experience by incorporating essential oil blends into your session. Choose from the blends below.

Invigorating blend- Ginger, cedar wood, rosemary, black pepper and spearmint.

Uplifting blend- Peppermint and spearmint.

Calming blend- Clary sage, bergamot, lavender, sweet marjoram and Roman chamomile.

Cannabidiol (CBD) Enhancement
Amplify the therapeutic effects of your massage session by adding a high quality, broad-spectrum CBD cream to any full service. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive compound from the hemp plant that interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system and may help to regulate pain, inflammation and mood. When applied topically during a massage, the CBD works with receptors just under the skin for localized relief.

Cancellation Policy
Please give a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If you must cancel the same day as your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Appointments missed without notifying Body Mosaic will be subject to 100% costs of the services scheduled.
