Jamie began practicing massage in 1996 after graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY. She began growing her massage therapy practice within a busy physical therapy practice treating clients seeking pain relief and improved function. The needs and goals of these clients required Jamie to gain a skill set to effectively treat soft-tissue and sports-related injuries, chronic pain and overuse injuries, and pre/post surgical situations.

As time went on she moved to an independent location and she continued in her post-graduate education and skill development in the areas of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy (adult, obstetric, pediatric), lymph drainage therapy, as well as various sports-specific soft tissue techniques and a wide range of coursework surrounding stress management and wellness that have contributed to the well-rounded, skillful, compassionate therapist she has become.

Jamie currently practices a mosaic of massage and bodywork modalities, with primary focus on applications of Therapeutic Massage for reducing pain and improving wellness, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, and Aromatherapy and its role in sustainable wellness.

I just can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Jamie. I never thought a massage could mean this much to me. It’s the one thing I make sure I do every month to take care of ME.
— Barbara B.
I started seeing Jamie because of an injury. Now, years later I still see her regularly — weekly and sometimes more often — to put me back together after I push my limits playing tennis and other activities. I believe my regular treatments with her have kept me from getting injured and keeps me in the best shape possible.
— Bill C.
She’s an amazing therapist. I mean that wholeheartedly. She’s skilled, compassionate, always able to understand exactly what I need to feel my absolute best. I’ve gotten massage and craniosacral therapy for years and I’ve never met anyone like her.
